Facilitators Training Programme 2026
$100.00 – $500.00
A fully online, practice-based facilitators training programme running from 19 November 2026 to 11 March 2027. Build practical skills to help teams, organisations and communities move from intention to action, with certification on successful completion.
Description
The Facilitators Training Programme is an applied online learning journey for people who help teams, organisations and communities move from good intentions to meaningful action. Rather than waiting until the end to use what you learn, you will practise throughout the programme with a real group you already work with. The practice is the learning: this is a lab, not a lecture hall.
Through eight facilitated training sessions and two Ubuntu Café practice and reflection sessions, you will learn how to convene the right people, prepare participants through interviews and conversations, surface the forces that hold a system in place, facilitate deep listening and reflection, run coaching circles and case clinics, design useful prototypes, and help promising experiments grow into lasting ways of working.
The programme is fully online and runs from 19 November 2026 to 11 March 2027. Training sessions take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CAT. Click here to learn more, including all session times and dates.
This programme is designed for team leaders, managers, programme staff, community organisers, educators, consultants and facilitators. No prior knowledge of Theory U, the Presencing Institute or Ubuntu.Lab Institute is required. On successful completion, participants receive certification as qualified facilitators from the Presencing Institute and Ubuntu.Lab Institute.
Choose the package that best reflects how your participation will be funded. All packages include the same complete programme, applied practice and certification.
